Mr. Real Estate already pegged the list of restaurants by distance:

But, if you're looking for recommendations of which of those restaurants to visit, here are my picks:
- If you're looking for some place fancy: Jardiniere (http://www.jardiniere.com) is the only real option in this category in walking distance. It is good and the ambiance is lovely, but the food falls short of what it used to be.
- For more casual elegant, try Absinthe (French brasserie with good cocktails and french fries, though their brunch is better than their dinner) or Indigo, which has good food but is better known for their 3 course prix fixe after 8pm, which includes bottomless glasses of any wines they are pouring (all very decent) for $49. The food is surprisingly good as well. I've found the food at paul k to be disappointing, and the food at Sauce is so rich and bountiful that you find yourself sleeping through the symphony.
- Very casual with a dash of class: Arlequin Food to Go, to eat in the garden patio. Same owners as Absinthe, with a very nice, small selection of tasty food and a wine bar right next door.
Enjoy!
